• There will be 6 Free Pre-K classrooms for the 24-25 school year. 
• These classrooms will NOT be at the Early Childhood Education Center. 
• They will be located at Troy South Elementary, Claude Brown Elementary & Main Street Elementary.
• They are 5 full days a week, with an early release every Wednesday.
• Attendance is mandatory.
• NO transportation is provided.
• NO Latchkey is available.

To qualify:

• Your child must be going to Kindergarten in the Fall of 2025 (birthdate between 8/1/19 - 7/31/20)
• Your family will need to qualify for the Free/Reduced Lunch program. 

To enroll:

• Enrollment will be in July (a date will be announced as soon as possible) at the Lincoln County R-III Registration Office loacted at 951 W College St. Troy, MO  63379.
• Fill out the Free/Reduced lunch application (available the day of enrollment)
• If you find out your child DOES qualify, you will enroll ONLINE.  You can do this at home or at the Registration office.  If you choose to do it at the Registration office, please:
• Bring your child’s birth certificate.
• Bring 2 proofs of residence (within the past 30 days)
• Bring your child’s shot record
• Bring a parent driver’s license
• Bring court documents if necessary
